Before we are able to do well in a job, the very first step is to find a good job fit. To do that, we must be fully informed of the different job prospective, progressions, and opportunities available in the different segments of the industry.

For the aerospace industry, the opportunities available are extremely good and these promise to be enriching. The Aerospace Manpower Study recently completed by the AAIS found that our engineers and technicians are one of the best paid in the field of engineering. Apart from good compensation, the industry is very commendable in terms of career progression and development, making it an attractive industry to be in.

There are many aerospace industries globally and currently, there is a huge worldwide shortage of engineers and technicians. There is therefore now high demand for such personnel and the government and Institutes of Higher Learning in Singapore have been putting in a lot of effort and resources to ensure high quality training and education is delivered.
